In Jen’s career spanning performance coaching, event production, sport business with an emphasis in management, and journalism, she has cultivated a holistic approach to mental skills training and professional development. Her philosophy is centered on equipping individuals and teams with the practical skills, interdisciplinary knowledge, and grounding necessary to excel in their given sport or performance. Through real-world applications, a commitment to diversity and inclusion, effective training techniques, Jen prepares clients to reach peak performance in their field or sport.

 

In practice and business, Jen prioritizes creating an online and in-person atmosphere where all individuals feel valued and respected. An inclusive environment when working with teams enriches the experience and prepares clients to perform at their highest level.

 

As a former high school Athletic Director and Site Director for The San Francisco Giants summer camps, Jen understands the critical importance of supporting the holistic well-being of athletes, performers, and coaches. Drawing from her roles as the Event Production Manager for LA Teqers LLC, an Account Executive at BSN Sports, and over 20 years as a freelance Stage Manager for all major American sport television networks as well as international networks broadcasting in South Korea, Japan, China, and Hungary, Jen emphasizes the importance of practical experience. She believes that learning is most effective when individuals can connect theoretical concepts to their performance.

 

With advanced degrees in Sport Psychology, Sport Management, and Journalism, Jen models the importance of lifelong learning. She encourages clients to remain curious, seek out new knowledge, and continuously refine their mental resiliency skills. The field of Sport Psychology is dynamic, and staying abreast of the latest research and trends is crucial for sustained professional success.
