Not An Athlete?

Not an athlete?  Not a problem.  While elite athletes utilize many of the strategies, they are also a beneficial tool when completing any performance task.  Some professionals that can benefit from mental aptitude training are students, executives, military, police/fire-fighters and those in other high stress professions or life-styles.  The skills that athletes utilize on the court or playing field are often used and practiced off of it.  This training can help control anxiety, anger, over-excitement, choking, nerves and nervousness, as well as breathing and tactics for relaxation.
